I forgot to wipe the apc stuff and it turned white in one place so I want to wrap it in vinyl.

I would try a LITTLE  vaseline to try and soften white stuff and try to wipe out first or live with it.  Unknown product, no experience etc.

I tried using plastic re-material, it didn't work.  , I think that's my only option
