Can someone help me with my issue?

I have got one error code P0238 Powertrain Turbo/charger Boost sensor "A" circuit high.

seems that sensor isn't in a good shape, but I have change it already and the problem still, I have measured if the sensor receives power and yes still receiving power but de error still, can someone have any idea what could be happens ????
