Where can I find it easiest and what colour is it? 
2009 Elantra Touring Sport (upgrade stereo) if that matters.

I need to tap it for a rally odo.

Think you would be best to register at:

http://www.hmaservice(dot)com

Then select the Elantra Touring, then the year and look at the wiring. Seems to be quite complicated.
